Supha Xayprasith-Mays: Businesswoman, Community Leader, and Philanthropist

Supha Xayprasith-Mays is an accomplished businesswoman, community leader, and philanthropist. With over 25 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies such as WalMart, Sears & Roebuck, JC Penney, and Robert Half International, she has managed annual operations exceeding $100 million and led teams of over 10,000 associates and employees.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Mrs. Mays and her spouse are the leading investors in the relaunched Soul of the South Television Network, which debuted in 2013 after raising over $5 million in capital. Furthermore, Mrs. Mays is the proud owner of FM radio station KINC 98.7, which was approved by the Federal Communications Commission in 2015. The station has a reach of over a quarter of a million listeners in Arkansas and an additional 7 million through streaming.

Her main goal is to advocate for and promote diverse talents, professionals, corporations, organizations, agencies, and entrepreneurs from both the USA and abroad. She specializes in areas such as branding, marketing, networking, sales, retail merchandise management, executive recruitment and retention, product placement, pricing and inventory management, venture capital, customer service, diversity and inclusion initiatives, human resource training and development, corporate policy, and global leadership.

Supha Xayprasith-Mays also made history as the first woman, person of color, and person of Asian descent to run for Governor of Arkansas, paving the way for diversity and inclusion in her home state.
